Martin finished in 2 hours 8 minutes, Jonathon in 1 hour 57 minutes and Paul who was running his first half marathon a respectable 2 hours 35 minutes. Ben Saunders – Welsh Three Peak Challenge

Ben and Nerys Saunders along with friends Karen and Simon, Bethan, Rhian and Mountain Leader Howard recently took on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge.

Climbing Snowdon, Cader Idris and Pen y Fan all in the same day takes some doing but they did it in 15 hours from start to finish.

Ben explained that his mum had died at Ty Olwen two years ago and although she was with us for just three days he couldn’t thank everyone for the care given to her. He has been forever grateful and felt that the time was now right to do something as way of a thank you.

In total Ben and Nerys presented £576
