Cash boost in wife’s memory

A SWANSEA man has donated £1,200 to a hospice in memory of his wife who died six weeks ago. Jeffrey Fussell, 82, and daughters Linda Payne and Julie Tobb decided to ask for donations for Ty Olwen after Muriel Fussell spent her last six weeks in the facility. Mr Fussell said: “Muriel spent the last six weeks in Ty Olwen and the care she received was first class. “The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for her.”While I was there I painted one of the views from Ty Olwen and wanted to donate this to the hospice as well to say thank you. We cannot thank the hospice enough for their help. My daughters are now planning to raise more money for the facility.”
