Ty Olwen “Singers” take to the City

Delyth collecting for Ty Olwen

A choir of over 50 sang carols in the city centre on Thursday night to bring Christmas cheer to the late night shoppers and raise much needed funds for Ty Olwen. The choir was made up of Volunteers, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Staff, nurses (including retired members), administrative staff, trustees, the consultants and chaplain and some of their families . They were supported by Salvation Army musicians. Great fun was had by all before retiring to a local hostelry for refreshments. Nearly £200 was raised in just one hour and big thank you to all those who made donations and to Delyth for organising everything.
