Paula Thomas & Noakes Bakery, Pontardulais

Paula Thomas of Llangennech experienced Ty Olwen first hand last year and decided to raise money for Ty Olwen. Last Christmas she gave a donation to Ty Olwen instead of sending cards and also has been selling unwanted items on ebay. She then asked her employers if they would join in and Noakes bakery in Pontardulais are now one of the increasing number of local shops with Ty Olwen Collecting Boxes supporting their local charity. Paula recently visited the Vice Chairman to hand over the first full collecting box which contained over £53 and also handed over a personal donation of £60.
